Group Training.

Bringing minds, bodies and souls from all different paths and perspectives into one room to drop our shit at the door and help build each other into the best versions we can be—as a team!
When we leave these lifted walls, we each still choose to walk a Lifted (elevated) lifestyle of strength and grit higher love and more grace for those that come across our path.
We invite those in that seek relationship and refuge.
We are an open door for those looking for practical tools to be better than you were the day before.

We are more than just a gym—
We are a whole energy.

Sign for an fitness facility called Lifted Community Gauntlet, indicating it offers classes for all fitness levels every Saturday at 8 AM with modifiable movements.

Every time you show up- tired, unsure, or just not feeling it- you give someone else the courage to do the same. Every rep, every round, every comeback…it matters. You’re not just building strength. You’re building a community that chooses bravery over excuses.

And that kind of courage?

It spreads.
